REFUND/RETURNS
What is your Refund/Returns policy?
Hong Kong SAR HKD love your gear as much as your sneakers. We work hard to deliver the highest quality pieces, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of introduction.
- Items must be Macao SAR MOP.
- All original tags must still be attached.
Exclusions:
- Clearance or Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (except if there’s a quality issue).
- Orders paid fully with Store Credit or Coupon Codes will be considered Final Sale.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hong Kong SAR HKD be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method (note: original shipping costs are non-refundable).
Important: We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns at this time.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
- Email us at info@snkadx.com to request a return or exchange.
- Include your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the package, along with the new size or item requested. (Exchanges depend on stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.)
- Mail your return to the address provided in our reply email.
- Once your return is received and processed, we’ll ship your new item(s) at no extra cost or issue your refund.
REFUNDS
- A tracking number is required when sending back a return. Without it, we cannot guarantee a refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
- Shipping fees, including return shipping, are non-refundable.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are also non-refundable.
- Except for verified quality issues, special or clearance merchandise is not eligible for return or refund.
- Store credits Congo - Kinshasa. Orders purchased fully with store credits are considered final sale and are not eligible for free return shipping.

What if my package is missing or stolen?
Rs-flyfishingShops process is to ship your order and provide tracking details in a timely manner. However, Rs-flyfishingShops will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with the relevant mailing carrier and file a police report if necessary. Rs-flyfishingShops will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
