The Zoom cushioning is the highlight of this sneaker, and it has good lateral stability and whole-foot support. Its responsive with great court feel, though the Jordan-logga Neu’t grip the court as well as the Why Not Zer0.4.

The Why Not Zer0.5 is the fifth shoe in Russell Westbrook’s line with Jordan. He first wore them on Christmas Day 2021, and they were released to the public in March 2022. It keeps the distinctive sharp lines from earlier iterations of the silhouette, a design feature that particularly stands out in the Raging Grace neon-on-black colorway. The more subdued Inner City colorway is a collaboration between the Jordan brand and Westbrook’s fashion label Honor the Gift. Along with Westbrook, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Chicago Sky center Azurá Stevens have worn this sneaker on the court.
